DJ Nkulzin - Biography

DJ Nkulzin (Nkululeko Makhoba) started his music career in 2009 in the high school at Star Of The Sea High School, playing gigs at clubs and events around, Durban and Manguzi. During this time he completed training as an information technician at the Mangosuthu University of Technology. He is also a DJ and a producer at the Well Known studio 4Boys Studio which was found by him and other three guys Quess, Dr Gub and Mcai In 2010, in the same year, DJ Nkulzin started writing music and poems.

In November 2010, DJ Nkulzin released his first single mixtape “Rush Job” and “Catch Me” at 4Boys Studio. The mixtape became a Top 10 hit in the local clubs. Other singles, such as Pepe (Self-Remix) and other remix have been popular in the KZN record chart. In 2011 he also released a mixtape “Cold Mix” which was a single and was not published.

Early 2012 DJ Nkulzin founded his own Entertainment Agency, Youth Entertainment and Empowerment, as well as the Poetry Devotion^[2] In the same year, DJ Nkulzin (LupHop) started Hip-Hop music career and released the album, ADVANCED WORLDVIEW with charting singles released such as “My Code” and many other Singles.

In 2013, his next album was ADVANCED VOL.3, with charting singles such as "Get Over It" and “My Name Is” which is a deep mix of a track by DJ Zinhle ft. Busiswa on the released in 2011 record at Kalawa, He is still working on his new upcoming double albums ADVANCED VOL.3 MIXTAPE and a New Hip-Hop Album.
